Luca Erbifori, the founder, was born in 1993 into a family which has devoted itself to extra virgin olive oil for three generations.
Back in the early 1950s, his grandfather Augusto began marketing this product, first in a small oil mill in Malcesine, then moved to a bigger location in Bardolino in the mid-1980s.
As time went on, the management passed to Luca’s father Roberto who improved the processes, enabling him to offer a wide range of extra virgin olive oil in many foreign countries.
Bardoleat is involved in new distribution channels and focuses on offering excellent products online, through retail and via deliveries to hotels, restaurants and cafes. We have designed a modern label which captures the essence of the art of oil-making, honed generation after generation.
Today, Bardoleat’s products – with the extra virgin olive oil as the star – can be found in our shop in Bardolino, selected retail stores throughout Europe and in certain restaurants.
Each bottle contains 70 years of experience, the daily work of an entire family, and the authenticity of a product which is carefully monitored at every stage of the production process.
Perfection doesn’t exist – but we continue to seek it.
