“Ariel” the new sparkling rosé has a cheerful and lively spirit.

It is the result of a slight re-fermentation in an autoclave, which brings out all the decisive character of this rosé.

Characteristics: Brilliant rosé colour with fine, persistent mousse. Hints of strawberry, floral notes and mineral tones emerge on the nose. The palate is fresh and invitingly savoury.

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Ideal pairing: Ideal for aperitifs, and fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 10-12°c
