Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP 12 years


This balsamic vinegar is produced according to the consortium’s specifications using only Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape must from Modena, matured by slow acetification, deriving from natural fermentation and progressive concentration, by means of very long ageing in a series of small casks (batteries) of different woods and decreasing volume, without any addition of aromatic substances. Before being bottled, each ampoule must pass a strict taste test to ensure the highest quality product for the consumer.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – aged in small wooden barrels for 12 years – is a tenacious “individualist” by vocation and choice.
Perceive, time by time, the harmony and roundness together with the acid component. It enhances any dish. Try it on seasoned Parma ham and Parmigiano Reggiano, shellfish, meat, fruit and desserts.

Each batch has been tasted and classified before bottling.
