Vinification: Immediate soft pressing to obtain the soft pearl pink colour and start of fermentation at a temperature of 14-16 °C for about 10/15 days

Bouquet: Intense aromas of red fruit, in particular raspberries and wild cherries
Taste: Soft, fresh and lively. Long finish
