Vineyard: From 30 hectares of vineyards in the hilly area of Bardolino Classico on Lake Garda, in Saline and Colombare di Lazise. Morainic soil of glacial origin. Certified organic farming, in full respect of the territory.
Grapes: Corvina and Rondinella, grown in free spurred cordon system with planting intensity of 3500-4000 vines/ha.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes. Soft pressing and fermentation in red at controlled temperature.
