The musts and vinegars used to get the unique taste of this delicious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena were left to age in oak barrels. During this process the flavour typical of the Balsamic Vinegar from Modena develops by wood absorption.
The grapes come from Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.
This Balsamic is characterized by a slight density and balanced taste, without added caramel or artificial colourings.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulphites.
