The musts and vinegars used to get the unique taste of this delicious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena were left to mature in oak barrels. The centary tradition gives to this balsamic vinegar a perfect seasoning with all kind of dishes even with the most refined ones.
The grapes come from Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.
This Balsamic is characterised by a very high density which makes it enveloping and creamy, without caramel or added colouring agents.
