About us

Luca Erbifori, founder of Bardoleat, born in 1993, comes from a family dedicated to extra virgin olive oil for three generations.
It was his grandfather Augusto who, in the early 1950s, began working with this product in a small olive mill in Malcesine, before moving the business in the mid-1980s to a larger facility in Bardolino.

Over time, the company was taken over by his father Roberto who, by improving production processes, succeeded in offering a wide range of extra virgin olive oils, appreciated in Italy and in many foreign countries.

Bardoleat was born from the meeting of this long-standing tradition and a contemporary vision: new distribution channels, online sales, retail and dedicated supplies for the HoReCa sector. We designed a modern label that captures the essence of an olive oil craft developed generation after generation.

Today, Bardoleat products — with extra virgin olive oil as their flagship — are available in our shop in Bardolino, in selected retailers throughout Europe and in selected restaurants.

Each bottle contains over 70 years of experience, the daily work of an entire family and the authenticity of a product carefully followed at every stage of the production process.

Perfection does not exist.
But we keep searching for it.
