No, there is no minimum order quantity.

BAROLEAT Online Store accepts the following payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, Paypal and Satispay

Generally shipment is prepared the day after your purchase. Orders placed over the weekend are prepared on Monday.

Once the products are shipped, you will receive an email with the link to shipment tracking. After receiving it, your products will be delivered in 6 business days.

As for foreign countries, delivery times are 7-8 business days.

When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Through the website of the courier in charge of your package, you can track your package whenever you want.

It may happen that the wine is corked. Usually it does not happen (% is less than 0.5%). But if your wine is corked, oxidized, or if the organoleptic characteristics are compromised, we will replace it. Please inform immediately our Customer Service, specifying the order number and the abnormality detected, not more than 24 hours after opening the bottle. The bottle must be returned intact, with at least 3/4 of the content, to be analysed by its producer and replaced or you will receive a voucher of the same value to buy a new product on BARDOLEAT online store.

If at the time of delivery there are products in the parcel that are missing, different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact customer service promptly

On many products no. Online prices may probably be higher than in our physical shops because packaging and shipping are very expensive for us. At the same time, however, some products may be cheaper because of special promotions.
