Produced in Bardolino, on Lake Garda, by Azienda Agricola Costadoro.
Obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes using the traditional red fermentation system.
Characteristics: Ruby red colour, vinous with a delicate cherry aroma, dry, velvety flavour, easy to digest.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Ideal pairing: recommended for the whole meal.
Serving recommendations: Serve at a temperature of 14-15 degrees Celsius.
