OUR LIMITED EDITION

The careful selection of the olives is guaranteed by the numbering of the bottles: we select a few litres of this product for each year of production, which becomes a true excellence. Each bottle has a unique progressive number on the label.

For 2026 harvest we have decided to market only 312 bottles because, in our opinion, they are the ones that best identify this oil campaign.

The product is naturally cloudy. Any deposits at the bottom of the bottle represent the naturalness of the product.

This oil is: cold pressed, unfiltered, sweet, olives harvested using traditional methods, traceability guaranteed along the short chain.
