Luz Gin Lemon is a recipe by bartender Leonardo Veronesi. Luz Gin Lemon is produced using Luz Gin Distilled as the alcohol base, and made using 9 botanicals from Trentino: lemon, juniper, woodruff, olive, mint, laurel, rosemary, clary sage and sage. It is then macerated in the skins of Lake Garda lemons for 40 hours, this process gives the Gin a pleasant colouring, and a fresh flavour with recognisable citrus and essential oil notes; on the palate it is soft, velvety, well-balanced, with a citrus finish and excellent persistence.
