Cooking instructions
Bring 2 liters of broth to a boil and keep it warm.
In a pan, melt a knob of butter or heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the contents of the bag and toast the rice for 3 minutes, stirring.
Optionally, add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
Add hot broth one ladle at a time, stirring regularly.
After about 18 minutes, stir in a knob of butter for a perfectly creamy texture.
