Bardolino Classico Cà Bottura

Bardolino is a young red wine with a pleasant, fresh flavour and aromas of fruit and spices. A simple, undemanding wine, suitable for every moment and every dish. Very good with pasta dishes of different varieties with meat, vegetable, mushroom and fish sauces. Delicious with legume soups, with stewed, baked and grilled barnyard meat. Interesting pairing with dishes based on mushrooms, chestnuts. On Lake Garda, Bardolino wine is traditionally served with polenta and Baccalà (dried codfish) and Bollito misto con la Pearà (mixed boiled meats with pearà), typical dishes of Veneto cuisine. In summer it is excellent drunk chilled 10 – 12 °C, fabulous with freshwater fish!
