Leonardo Veronesi began the first experiments to create Luz Gin in 2013. After years of experimenting with different botanicals, we obtained a distillate that is both fresh and aromatic. Composed of 9 botanicals, all from Trentino (Juniper; Laurel; Olive; Asperula; Rosemary; Sage; Clary Sage; Common Spearmint; Lemon) left to infuse separately and then distilled in a 1000 litre discontinuous still.
