Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes vinified in pink.

Characteristics: Rose-coloured sparkling wine, distinct strawberry and raspberry aromas, pleasant, harmonious.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Ideal pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetisers, light first courses, pizza, freshwater fish and sushi.
Serving recommendations: Serve at a temperature of 6-7 degrees.
