“Brio’, the new sparkling white has a lively spirit.

It is the result of a slight re-fermentation in an autoclave that brings out all the decisive character of this white.

Characteristics: Brilliant straw yellow colour with fine, persistent mousse. Hints of white fruit, jasmine and mineral tones emerge on the nose. The palate is fresh and invitingly savoury.

Alcohol content: 12 % vol

Ideal pairing: Ideal with aperitifs and fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 10-12°c
