Obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes from our ‘Broi’ variety. It rests in 2 quintal Barriques for 11 months to refine and become a great wine.
Characteristics: Ruby red colour, intense, vanilla aroma.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Ideal pairing: Excellent with red meats and game.
Serving recommendations: Serve at a temperature of 18-19 degrees, to be uncorked half an hour before serving
